CAMP FACILITIES: Camp Reign operates on the spacious grounds of Toll Gate Grammar, which is located within the Hopewell Valley Regional School District.

CAMP PROGRAM INFO: CAMP REIGN is a State Licensed Day Camp and accredited by the American Camp Association (ACA). Accreditation is voluntary and means our camp meets over 300 standards in health and safety, which allows us to provide a greet camp environment for all campers. Our staff is highly trained and ready to make summer a memorable one for every camper.

All staff are trained in Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers in addition to receiving over 25 hours of pre-camp training. Staff are selected for their maturity, special skills, entusiasim and experience. Staff are skilled and geared up to teach campers to have fun and create a safe and caring atmosphere.
Each program is designed around a curriculum which is structured to help children live a healthy lifestyle while learning about teamwork, building self-esteem, discovering new creative endeavors, and making lasting friendships!

CAMP FACILITIES: Camp Hoover has a large, modern dining hall, three cabins, five tent sites, a primitive site, a recreation building and full usage of Swartswood Lake for swimming, boating, and sailing. A large playfield, ropes course, archery course, hiking trails and a craft center are available for all campers.

CAMP PROGRAM INFO: Girls entering grades 1 to 12 can choose from one or all of the camps operated by GSHNJ. All girls are welcome to participate in our summer camp programs regardless of race, religion, physical ability, economic status, or national origin. Our camp program is based on the values of the Girl Scout Promise and Law. GSHNJ camps provide a strong focus on Girl Scout fundamentals and in many of our programs girls will earn a Badge or portions of one.

Camp sessions run from July 5 through August 15. Hoover offers two experiences: General and Specialty.

General Camp programs are designed for girls entering grades 1-12 and provide a broad camp experience with varied activities and waterfront time daily. General Camp programs enable you to experience an array of camp activities every day.

Our Specialty Camp programs are designed for girls entering grades 3-12. Activities are grouped according to program, age, and interest level. Specialty Camp programs focus on a particular interest combined with traditional camp activities like swimming, boating, hiking, cook-outs, crafts, and games.

GSHNJ camps are a place where each and every girl can feel safe, valued and supported while making new friends and challenging themselves to try new things. Camp staff is committed to ensuring the health, safety and overall well-being of all campers. GSHNJ camps follow the program standards for health, safety and security guidelines of GSHNJ, GSUSA, ACA, and the New Jersey Youth Camp Standards.

CAMP LEADERSHIP CIT/LIT PROGRAMS: Lifeguard Training: Spend a week at Camp Hoover learning the basics of water rescue and safety and earning the American Red Cross Lifeguard Training Certification, as well as First Aid and CPR for the Professional Rescuer with AED. Note: All campers participating in this program need to be strong swimmers and demonstrate ability to complete a series of pre-course water tests including a continuous distance swim. (Ages 15+, Fee $950)

Level 1 Archery Instructor: Become a certified Level 1 Archery Instructor! This course provides the necessary tools to maintain safety both on and off the archery range, covering range safety, range setup, the steps of shooting, equipment and repair, programs and lesson plans. Level 1 Instructors are well prepared to teach beginner archery programs in both indoor and outdoor settings. Minimum age requirement is 15. Successful completion of the course (passing both written and practical exams) provides a three year certification. (Ages 15+, Fee $575)

FAMILY CAMP SESSION(S): Family Camp is the perfect time to bring your group to Hoover and enjoy a day or two (or more!) of fun summer activities. The waterfront is fully staffed for you to go swimming, boating or just bathe in the sun. You can participate in the Challenge Course, take a hike up Hoover's hills, try your hand at archery, make arts and crafts, enjoy cookouts and much more.

YEAR-ROUND PROGRAMS: Camp Lou Henry Hoover is available year- round for groups and families to rent our facilities. Located on 340 acres in Middleville, New Jersey, there is something for everyone at Camp Hoover! We offer three types of accommodations: heated cabins that have sleeping quarters with bunkbeds, full bathrooms, and kitchens stocked with cooking equipment; platform tent sites that have bathhouses and pavilions for shelter; and pitch-your-own-tent sites that either have a covered pavilion and bathroom facilities or a simple trough sink. Groups are invited to plan your own adventures, select all-inclusive weekends (May to June), or arrange for individual program activities for your event. Camp Hoover hires enthusiastic and dedicated adults to provide our summer camp program for girls. All camp staff participate in one week of pre-camp training conducted by trained professionals and many have taken additional training in their specialty areas. She believes that music was meant to shared with others, not just secluded in a practice room, and works to teach in a collaborative learning environment and empower her students to grow in their artistry together.

The Summer Camps at Studio Brilliante are lead by leading teaching artists from the Greater Philadelphia region who bring years of experience performing and teaching on their instruments. Each session is led by at least two teaching artists who bring different knowledge bases to share with the campers.

YEAR-ROUND PROGRAMS: At MehtA+, we ignite student passion for engineering. Our offerings are catered towards students from Kindergarten to College Freshman and involve a fusion of the humanities and the sciences. We believe the best way to learn something is to apply it and as such, all of our opportunities are application-based.

Our bootcamps give students an in-depth opportunity to learn concepts that are normally taught at the university level, while our workshops serve as a fantastic introduction to a new subject. In order to make engineering education more accessible, our digital kits are always free to everyone and allow students to create something awesome. Volunteerships are offered to former students who are looking to volunteer their time and apply what they have learned for social good, as they intern for one of our clients.

Our college preparatory services, which involve subject tutoring, standardized test preparation and college consulting, provide students the resources they need to be ready for college.

CAMP LEADERSHIP CIT/LIT PROGRAMS: Earn your Girl Scouts CIT award as you master your leadership and counseling skills. CAMP FACILITIES: Summit has approx. 30 traditional wooden cabins with electric and private facilities in each cabin. Our main buildings include our newly refinished dining hall, air-conditioned recreational hall, our medical facility, and a newly built outdoor pavilion. Summit utilizes three A frame buildings for our arts programs, a wilderness treehouse with camp fire area for cookouts, newly resurfaced basketball/tennis courts, high/low ropes course with climbing wall, heated pool, private lake, nature fields with a farm area, martial arts dojo, go-kart track with 3 karts. Summit has a small amphitheatre adjacent to our lake, with a miraculous view of our beautiful setting where we enjoy swimming, canoeing, and riding our banana boats. CAMP PROGRAM INFO: Summit Camp is a co-ed sleepaway camp for ages 8-19 years with issues of attention: AD/HD, HFA/Asperger’s Disorder, and/or learning differences. Using the frame of a traditional sleepaway camp, we create platforms of success where our campers can experience outcomes such as improved self-esteem, lasting friendships, and increased independence. This is accomplished through a well-orchestrated and expertly staffed backdrop to a largely traditional camp experience- guided challenges, waterfront, adventure course, and more. It is our goal and desire to take our campers from observing peer interactions to engaging in them, to learn and celebrate their own strengths and successes, and to feel a sense of belonging and shared community with those around them while they are with us.

Our Teen Travel program extends the Summit community to provide a safe yet exciting adventure to one of our many attractive national and international destination tours offering 14 day and 19 day excursions. Summit Weekenders provide a youth-group style social retreat for adolescents to have an oasis of independence, enjoyment, and success during the school year months. Regardless of the specific program, Summit provides an expertly staffed, highly structured, and truly fun experience for our youth, and has been doing so since 1969. CAMP LEADERSHIP CIT/LIT PROGRAMS: Our Transitions to Adult Living Skills program for youth aged 15-19 provides learning and vocational opportunities for our teens. We also have vocational programs for upper camp including, big brother/big sister, waiter/waitressing, working in a specialty area or as UL assistant, photography, and more. Our SUPER TEEN program focuses on building the executive function and daily living skills OUR kids needs to succeed as independently as possible.

Our Moderate rated trips are geared towards first time bicyclists, appropriate for most 14-18 year olds in average or better physical health. Our Easy treks are extremely easy in terms of daily mileage and terrain and will attract slower riders. For our Challenging treks you need to be in good shape and enjoy bicycling. We have had many first time riders do challenging treks and this is for those eager for a challenge.

CAMP FACILITIES: KiddiePreneur Summer Academy is located in a business environment. Children will receive a 1st hand KiddiePreneur experience at our facility located in Hoboken, NJ.

CAMP PROGRAM INFO: Our original KiddiePreneur Curriculum is tailored to fit the needs and understanding of today’s youth and teens. Camp Oak Hill offers a series of leadership training programs for grades 6-7.

CAMP PROGRAM INFO: Each day students will have the opportunity to participate in acting exercises, be guided through dance routines, play cooperative group games, and use their imagination to create art. Every week will have a unique focus highlighting different genres of performance. In the afternoon, students will have a choice of enrichments to focus on a particular aspect of theater. Enrichments will include activities like stage combat, script writing, improvisation, stage makeup, and crafts. On Friday evening, students will showcase their new skills to family & friends, highlighting what they have learned during the week.

CAMP PROGRAM INFO: About the Owner of Soccer Development Schools...

Born and raised in England, Coach Tyler comes from a solid professional upbringing in soccer. He has worked and played with many successful clubs and coaches which has granted him invaluable experience that he hopes to pass on to young soccer players. Training and playing with professionals taught him the importance of preparation, nutrition, and a positive attitude. In addition to the technical side of the game, Coach Tyler feels these are all vital to educating aspiring players.

Coach Tyler played professionally for Cambridge, Stevenage and Rushden and Diamonds in England. He also played on his county and district team. In addition, he played and coached in the FA Cup. Most recently, Coach Tyler was a professional coach at English premier league team West Bromwich Albion FC and Football Development Schools before moving permanently to the USA in 2010. Since being in the USA, he has coached for various clubs and academies. Currently, Coach Tyler holds FA, USSF and AYSO certifications.

During the past 10 years, Coach Tyler has coached a range of ages (3 to 18 years old) and ability levels from beginner to advanced. He has been responsible for tactical/technical, physical, social and mental coaching as well as basic fundamentals of the game. In addition, Coach Tyler has developed curriculums for players and coaches for West Bromwich Albion FC, Football Development Schools and various American clubs. His endless energy, enthusiasm and patience make him an extremely successful coach to players of all ages.

Soccer Development Schools, LLC was founded in 2011 by Coach Luke. As a professional year-round coach, Coach Luke dedicates all of his time to coaching and expanding Soccer Development Schools, LLC. Soccer is his career and passion!

Our Counselor-In-Training (CIT) Program, ages 13-14, have the best of both worlds, since they get to be campers half the day and train for staff positions the other half. They also go on weekly trips to places like Great Adventure and Dorney Park. As an option, the CITs can travel with our Teens on Wheels Program. CITs can become staffers after finishing ninth grade.

CAMP PROGRAM INFO: The director and primary instructor, Elise Naramore, is a passionate believer that science is for all students, and that both creativity and resilience are essential for success. A high school science teacher for nearly 30 years, she has taught middle school STEM programs during many summers. She has a Master's Degree in Education and has resided in Bergen County all of her life. CAMP FACILITIES: The Colts Neck Golf Club facility features an 18 hole championship golf course, double sided driving range, grass tees and a short game area that gives the camp exclusive use during the summer.

FAMILY CAMP SESSION(S): The Parent, Volleyball and Me program provides young volleyball players the opportunity to receive training from a certified instructor on the solid foundation of volleyball and emphasizing good habits from the very beginning. Each training session (8 in total) will build upon a solid foundation of all fundamental movement and the skills needed to participate in the sport of volleyball. The program may also include some competition or game-like drills, volleyball scrimmages and other organized activities.

Parents will also benefit by spending time with their kids thus enhancing their relations from the sport they both are learning as well as having a more realistic view of the different developmental stages of a player from 5 – 7 years old (Fundamentals) to introduction to league and/or recreational play for ages 8 - 10. Those players who have developed their fundamental skills may move on to a more competitive environment (club or travel local team). It is a very fun, positive, confidence building, and supportive training and learning atmosphere.

is a choreographer, dancer, movement educator, administrator, and Artistic Director of The Moving Architects
(TMA), an all-female dance company and nonprofit organization based in NJ/NYC. With a movement vocabulary that emphasizes charged movement and feminine strength, Norton’s choreographic work links design and form to movement and space, often incorporating interactive costuming/props. TMA has a dynamic history of teaching, performing, creating, and touring regionally, nationally, and internationally, presented through company performance and teaching tours to Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan with the US Department of State and US Embassies, Morocco, and Guatemala, and widely at dozens of traditional and
unconventional venues including NYC’s BAM Fisher, Bryant Park Dance Festival, Triskelion Arts, Performance Mix Festival, Spring Break Art Fair, Ramapo College, The Dance Complex (Boston), Point Park University (PA), Columbus Dance Theater (OH), and
21C Museum Hotel (KY) among others. Erin has taught dance courses at The Ohio State University and Beloit College, and has enjoyed guest artist positions at dance studios, community centers, and universities including Valley Day School (PA), Kenyon College (OH), Pomerene Arts Center (OH), University of Chicago, and Gibney (NYC). Erin’s work has been supported by creative residencies including yearly at Wilson College (PA),
Dancewave as the first artist-in-residence (Brooklyn), and currently at MOtiVE Brooklyn. Receiving numerous awards and fellowships, she was selected for the 2021 Dance/USA Institute for Leadership in Dance and received a 2014 and 2020 New Jersey State Council on the Arts Choreographic Fellowship.
Erin has a BFA and MFA in Dance from The Ohio State University, a Graduate-level Laban Certificate in Movement Analysis from Columbia College Chicago (GLCMA), and is a Certified Pilates and Barre Instructor. She currently leads the company’s pay-what-you-can movement program Community Movement Project in Northern NJ, and hosts and produces the company’s semi-monthly dance interview podcast Movers & Shapers: A Dance Podcast. Erin is also the Executive Director of Dance New Jersey, the statewide service organization for dance and dance education.

CAMP FACILITIES: Wonderful enclosed bunks for each age group. Enclosed building for the dinning hall, gymnastics, all of the art classes and an amazing theater. Individual age specific fields for junior, intermediate, and senior sports including separate hockey, soccer, basketball and softball fields. Also tennis courts, a go-kart track, bungee trampoline and amazing high and low ropes course with elements ideally built for both 2nd grade and up as well as 1st grade and below. The Camp Louemma program is specifically designed to meet the diverse and ever-expanding recreational needs and interests of our campers. Because our emphasis is on participation, personal achievement and skill attainment rather than on competition alone, campers of every age and skill level are made to feel comfortable and successful.

Through the use of scheduled activity periods and structured electives, each camper can experience a well-rounded program that includes athletics, aquatics, creative and performing arts and outdoor adventure. Our elective program allows each camper to have direct input into their daily schedule. During elective periods campers may wish to try new activities, concentrate on their favorite ones or enhance their existing skills by participating in individualized instruction or clinics. Each activity is conducted in a supportive, encouraging manner by an experienced counselor or specialist.

CAMP LEADERSHIP CIT/LIT PROGRAMS: At age 15 we offer a Camper-Worker program where every other day the campers help the wait staff in our dining room. This program trains our campers for the following year when they become staff members at age 16. This program is called the WIT program (Workers In Training) where 16 and 17 year olds work as waiters and waitresses in our dining room.

CAMP PROGRAM INFO: The camp will be led by Monmouth University's Men's Head Coach Alex Kasarov and Monmouth Men's Assistant Coach, Michael Schwartz. Kasarov was awarded MAAC Conference Coach of the Year in 2017, for leading the men's team to it's back-to-back conference titles (2016 and 2017). Prior to joining Monmouth, Kasarov was Men's Assistant Coach at Davidson College in North Carolina, and Volunteer Women's Assistant Coach at Northwestern University.

In his years before college coaching, Kasarov was a private tennis coach where he worked with top nationally ranked junior players. During his collegiate career, Kasarov was a key member of the University of Wisconsin Men's Tennis Team, competing at the number 1 spot in both Singles and Doubles for three straight years. He was named Team Captain his junior year and earned All-Big Ten honors. In addition, Kasarov earned MVP honors that year and was recipient of the Big Ten Conference Sportsmanship Award. Nationally, Kasarov was ranked as high as eight in Doubles during his career.

Schwartz' tennis career started at the University of Alabama, after being highly ranked as a junior player. In his senior season of 1966 at Alabama, Schwartz had his best year for The Crimson Tide, with a season record of 20-6, while being named Honorable Mention All-SEC.

OTHER CAMP INFO: Campers will spend four hour on the university's tennis courts and an hour in the classroom daily. The camp is designed to help each camper improve skills, while gaining a better understanding of the sport through a variety of drills and strategy sessions, including a special focus on doubles play. The camp will hold a maximum camper to coach ratio of 5 to 1, and participants will be grouped according to ability and age to attain maximum benefits of instruction. In addition to the Monmouth Coaching staff, NCAA D1 players will be part of the coaching councilors.
